2005 Toyota Corolla Car Alarm Problem

I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla, and there seems to be a problem with the car alarm. The car alarm light keeps blinking even when I've started the engine. When I click to lock or unlock my car it doesn't make a beep-beep sound anymore. And it seems like its taking a toll on my battery as it's harder to start the engine. Is there a way to disarm the car alarm? I rely on this car for driving to my siblings and me to school and work. Please help me!

You may have to disconnect the battery for a minute or so ,this will reset the alarm. check your remote it does have a battery in it. otherwise you have to look for a fuse somewhere under the dash close to the fuse box.each one is diff. depending if it original toyota or aftermarket alarm.

If your battery is getting weak, the alarm will flash when started. Have your battery checked. You most likely need a new one

Disconnect the alarm

You can just remove the Fuse located under the steering in the car. There is a fuse box on the left. You can check if its there. If the Car Alarm is not an OEM alarm then the fuse is located near the sensor box of the Car alarm. Hope this helps.. Thank you.

Central locking not being activated by remote

somehow the car when on valet mode, go to a alarm shop , they should be able to re arm your car without to much damage to your pocket, or read your cars manual, it might inform you on how to fix the problem.

Hi my 05 corolla factory alarm control dosent work so i dont know how to disable the alarm because now the car dosent turn on i guess because the alarm is on constant panic when we open the car. thanks

I would love to help you but your basically asking how to steal your own car and others might use the information for illegal purposes so i suggest you get it towed to a stealership (dealership).

Alarm/ indicator lights keep flashing when i turn the car on

Yes.. the circuit is stuck in the safe mode. Usually when you disconnect the battery it goes in the safe mode as if someone is trying steal the car and cut the battery wire to cut the alarm off, so it goes back on as soon as the circuit completes. So just get that cleared up and you will be fine.

Battery on toyota corolla 2003

make sure battery cables are secure on or into the battery and not loose. If cables are loose it will cause your alternater to fail therfore not fully keeping battery charged. If battery cables are not loose replace battery.
