Quite simply you can't bypass it. There are two computers and a security module, plus sensors to stop exactly what you are trying to do. You have to fix it, not find away around it. Your car came with three keys from new. When you are down to one key, that is the time to get another made and programmed (cloned) from the other good key. All cars need 2 keys, my 2005 still has the 3.

You need and auto electrician or an auto locksmith to program the chip in the key and the chip in the ignition transponder to be paired. Then the ECM and the BCM will let you start the car.
54,engine bay fuse blows
only a service manual shows what all fuses connect to , in total.
only
so I read that now to you.
hummm all fuses in the SM have names not numbers.
the lid to fuse box usually has name. of the fuse.
ok only the users guide shows fuse # and 54 is clearly named
there as, POWER MODING.
AND IN FACT IS ONLY A TINY 2AMP FUSE.
THIS FUSE GOES 2 PLACES
1: IGNITION SWITCH PIN2
2: TDM THEFT DETERRENT MODULE. PIN 1.
YES GOES TO BCM PIN X1-14 , KEY ON, ONLY.
YOU WILL HAVE TO PULL MODULES, TO SEE IF MODING FUSE
HOLDS AND NOT BLOW.
I'D PULL TDM FIRST

Nope, the immobilizer is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do, drive the car without the correct credentials. You have to fix the issue, not find a way around it. You can't fool the ECM Computer, the Body Control Module Computer and the Alarm / Immobilizer Module and all the sensors attached to them. Generally, you need an auto electrician with a pro grade bi-directional scan tool computer or an auto locksmith, or an alarm installer.
All modern cars have alarms and immobilizers. There is a transponder in the key and a receiver around the ignition lock. If both are present, the ECM (engine control module) or BCM (Body Control Module) releases power to the ignition circuit or the starter. When you turn the key, the starter spins the engine and you get a spark. If any one of those three items are not in the chain, you get the engine to turn, but no spark. There is no way to beat the system. You have to fix what is wrong, not find a way around it.
The immobilizer is in place to stop exactly what you are trying to do.
PASS KEY PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY FAULTY IMMOBILIZER READ COIL IN IGNITION SWITCH AND KEY LOCK CYLINDER OR THE KEY WORN OUT OR FAULT IN THE IMMOBILIZER CONTROL MODULE.
Hello: Yes its called a PASS-LOCK system. Electronic code from the ignition lock cylinder to the engine control module. When the code is correct the module (engine) will allow starter and fuel to function and start the truck.
I show immobilizers where only started in the 1998 accords, if you have a remote starter and they used a key in the box bypass all you need to do is find the box under the dash open it up and use the key
