SOURCE: 1994 Honda Accord heater nor A/C will not blow air

if your not getting any air coming out of the vents then your problem is your blower motor. test the wire harness to see if its getting power,if it is then your blower motor is bad if its not getting power then check your relay.

You should have added red died gas to your AC to see where it leaks, then fix the leak, then recharged it properly.

Hi there. When a compressor is replaced, two things are in fact being replaced - both the compressor and the refrigerant (Freon) and if the problem is resolved as a result which of those two replaced elements caused the original problem? Well you will never know and so before the compressor is replaced you need to have you’re A/C system recharged – it’s by far the most cost effective initial thing to do. In general A/C systems loose at least 10% of their effectiveness each year through loss of refrigerant and so given the age of your car; it’s the first thing to focus on. A professional A/C centre will also be able to tell you whether your compressor is working properly after having a refrigerant recharge by the monitoring the operating pressures in the A/C system.

Honda del sol 1994 ac is heating normally but when put on cold no air is coming out and no noises at all????

Probably a bad compressor, AC is a setting that runs the air thru the condensor, compressor, and evaporator, when the compressor goes out then they whole system shuts down.

no, your condensor fan motor is not working. if its faulty, install a new motor. not the fan leaf, only motor assembly. its cheap too. but first you have to check refrigerant leaks. then check condensor fan. thanks

Check for 12v at compressor clutch. If good, check for open in electromagnetic COIL. Available separately and easy to replace. Buy online for $77 verses $135 over the counter.

1995 honda accord ex...car idles up and down when started/when cold...when driving down highway, the car will idle when in drive and the rpms will go up and down. I have to pull over, turn the car off a...

There is a coolant passage that goes to the idle control system. The idle control itself is not bad. Cleaning this passage will make it normal again. I have fixed a 95 honda accord this way, and a 97 honda accord. You will need to remover the whole assembly. Actually the whole rapair doesn;t need parts so thats good news for you. Be carefull since the idle control is made of aluminum, and can be damaged easily. I damaged the one I was working on, thankfully I also have an aluminum mig welder so I was able to repair it like new.

2003 Honda Accord blows cold airwhen started up but quits.

IF THE SYSTEM IS LOW ON FREON, THEN AFTER RUNNING FOR A FEW MINUTES THE LEVEL OF LIQUID IN THE ACCUMULATOR DROPS AND SHUTS OFF THE COMPRESSOR. YOU MAY JUST BE LOW ON FREON. HOPE THIS HELPS. THANKS FOR AN HONEST RATING AND FOR USING FIX-YA. BEST OF LUCK. PLEASE KEEP ME POSTED.

No cold air. compressor works for seconds and shuts off

Replace the compressor, if it quits running after a few seconds, it is more than likely your compressor causing the problems
