Try a Toyota dealer used car department. They usually have a few kicking around and may look their supply if you show up to the dealership. You may get a no if you call in if tou get no help with the used car salesman, try the service oo parts guy. They are not expensive.

Wow! That's a tall order! Some navigation systems allow you to choose the language. (the software is already built in) The only suggestion I have is to go to the Toyota Owner's site and see if you can download an owner's manual. They also list navigation manuals. It might tell you how to change the language.
