Changed the bulbs and they still do not work. where do I find the fuse to check it? it is not clear where to look in the manual or on the fuse cover key?

They no longer used a cabin filter after about 2003. The cover is there buth it is molded shut with plastic welds.
SOURCE: light replacement
Just reach behind the bumper and grab the light/electrical harness and twist is either way and then it should pull out put in a new 194 bulb and you are set.

It wouldn't be a fuse if that's the only light that's not working, I believe all of the parking lights are on the same fuse. It's most likely a bad ground or corrosion inside the socket where the bulb makes the electrical connection. So check the socket to make sure it has no corrosion, if it does, clean it up and apply some dielectric grease (available at any parts store) to prevent future corrosion, and check for a loose or broken ground wire.
SOURCE: 2004 GMC Yukon xl......If I put left turn signal
That vehicle has all three switches attached to the same module. Spray a little wd-40 into the flasher switch. Sometimes the slide on the flasher switch gets a little sticky and won't allow the turn signal to work independently. If that isn't the case, there is a repair kit for that available on ebay. the module of course costs around three hundred to replace but could possibly be found at a boneyard for much less. Also, check ebay for that module. Hopefully the WD-40 will fix it. Good luck.

The problem is likely your multi purpose signal light switch. If you take the lever and move it from hi to low beam will the low beams come on? It is common for this multi purpose (real expensive ) switch to fail after a period of time! The steering wheel may have to be removed, to change it. The air bags will also need to be disabled so as not to active them while removing the switch.
