How to replace front wheel bearrings on a 2005 aveo

the front wheel bearings on this model are pressed into the knuckle. This means the knuckle will need to be removed from the vehicle and then brought to either a machine shop are a repair facility than can press the old bearing out and then press in the new bearing.

Removing the knuckle should be fairly self explanatory.
-Separate the tie rod from the knuckle.
-remove the brake caliper.
-remove the rotor.
-remove the axle nut.
-separate the lower ball joint from the knuckle.
-remove the drive axle from the hub.
-remove the knuckle from the strut.

It is very important that the axle nut be torqued to the proper spec once the bearing has been replaced. Failure to do so will result in the bearing failing prematurely. It is also advisable to get a bearing from a quality, reputable, manufacturer. This is not the time to shop with you check book but it also doesn't mean you need the most expensive one either.

Is it possible to adjust the front wheel

There is no adjustment, The hub assembly is a bolt in assembly with presealed permanent bearings. I looked up the part to verify & it appears it even comes with the sensor when replaced as an assembly.

I recently replaced similar ones on a FWD SUV & didn't even remove the Ball Joint or the Tie rod ends, or the Axle. I removed the axle nut, pressed in the axle enough to make sure it wasn't stuck,(silicone lubricant) removed the brakes & caliper & rotor then removed the bolts holding on the hub assembly & using a slide axle puller, gently & gradually tapped this out. then just reassemble. I spent no more than 2 1/2 hours replacing both front hubs & I'm not that young anymore. No excessive pressure to harm the ball joint, just tapping. I did have to remove the speed sensor from the back side.

good luck

Need direction on replacing the front hub assembly on the front passenger side

It's a press-in bearing. If you don't have the tools to press the bearing, you can still save some money. Here's what I did:
- Drain transmission oil,
- Remove front right wheel,
- Remove brake caliper, pads, caliper hanger,
- Remove the wheel speed sensor (even if no ABS),
- Remove the two large strut bolts (100+ lbs ft/lbs of torque),
- Remove the ball joint nut,
- Remove the ball joint from the steering knuckle,
- Remove the axle from the transmission using a pry bar.

Now you'll have the axle, steering knuckle, wheel hub and brake rotor removed from the car, and it'll all be ceased together. Bring the whole thing to your favorite mechanic and get him to separate all these parts and to install the new bearing in the steering knuckle. It'll cost about $100.

Now you'll have the axle, steering knuckle with new bearing and hub installed, and the brake rotor. Take these parts home and put the car back together in reverse order.

Seriously consider replacing the axle while you're at it.

How to change my front differential seal and bearing ? passenger side. I bought a new wheel bearing because of a humming sound on passenger side and doing so saw leaking seal and maybe the humming was...

That will be a Huge job. The whole front diff must come out of the car and the case will need to be taken apart to even gain acess to the carrier side bearings.
The hub bearing is where the wheel bolts up is that maybe what you are talking about?
Also the axle seal isn't that bad to do you need to remove the cv shaft then it's just a simple remove the seal and install the new one.
But all of these jobs will be big ones.

Humming

It may be the bearing. located underneath the wheel rotor on the wheel axle. Lift up the car and remove the wheel, brake pads and rotor. remove the rotor and turn the nut that holds to axle in place by removing a small pin. (if there is one) and turning counter clockwise. you will see the bearing under the rotor. Check for missing bearings , dirty oil debris, etc. If it has any of this , replace with new bearing. The exact way you removed it. Do not overtighten the nut. This will cause the bearing to overheat. just tighten enough for the bearing to fit snug with no movement.Make sure you grease up the new bearing good.
