I have a dodge caravan 2001 3.3l. This morning it wouln't start. I saw on the dashboard a code p1864, then a p1202 but that one didn't appear anymore, now I have the p1864 plus a p1282.

EGR valve could be dirty try to clean.

did the battery check to be good? are the connections on the battery tight and clean? if so you may be getting a bad body control module , it controls power and ground to the systems you are having problems with.also check the ignition switch to see if you are getting power out of it to power the vehicle up.

I started my van this morning and there a red light flashing and my abs light won't go off.

I just had the same codes a week ago. P0562 & p0700. Found that they were both related to a battery with a dead cell. The p0562 (low voltage code caused by no good battery) causes the transmission control module (p0700) to not receive the correct voltage and act up when drawing power from the battery due to dashboard, starter, etc. drawing from battery as well, With the keys in the ignition. I changed the battery to a new one. Removing the battery will reset the codes and with the new battery the codes may not re-appear, provided there are no other codes pending that could be causing the p0700 code. Some conditions you may experience are 1) no start 2) clicking from the tcm 3) clicking from the starter 4) the dashboard lighting having a life of its own coming on and off, dimming, etc. note: when this happened to me (all of the above) I tested the battery and it was ok, but the problem existed until the New battery was installed. Still runs good now

well its in your manual and all it is is a security system light, your definitely fine to drive it. its been on in mine since we hit around 40k

you have water in the fuel line

Replace the fuse in the fusebox inside your car. can usually be found under the dashboard in foot pedal area. I had this same problem and a couple of fuses fixed it right away.
