First you need to know the diameter of the bolts and the type of thread ie 3/8 N/C or 5/16 N/F then look at the type of bolt ie plain steel or high tensile SAE grade 3, 4, or 6, once you know this go to a general purpose bolt torque chart, and derive the torque spec info.
If the water pump is cast iron use the full torque specification.
If the water pump is alloy then reduce the torque spec 10%

I am certain I have the information you need. The problem is I am having trouble locating it in the FACTORY service manuals, terminology differs from what your searching for.

Torque for the Vibration Damper bolt is 115 Nm (85 ft.lbs.)

I am still trying to locate the pump torque.

If you want the torque specs on every single bolt on your engine, your throwing a wide loop. Can you narrow it down to a single component? As an example, if you want cylinder head torque specs, I might be able to find that, if you give us the engine size?
Some libraries carry automotive databases, they should have some torque specs.

International does not give a torque spec. for the water pump, so use the bolt manufacturer spec.if i remember right the water pump bolts on a 345ci were 5/16in and 3/8in so 28-32 ft lbs on 5/16in 35-42 ft lbs on 3/8in......hope this helps
