2 part epoxys work very well . it will say wood metal plastic and bonds in around 5 minutes.

The Door has 2 lifting "shocks" on either side - these provide a reduction in door weight, to make it easier to lift the door ( it's heavy!) These lifts have a compression socket that fits onto a ball on the vehicle. Popping the strut end off of the ball with a flat bladed screwdriver will allow you to open further - BUT it will also disable and lifting assistance, and the door will not stay open on its own. If you decide to pop off one end of the strut for loading purposes, you'll need to cut a piece of wood to keep the door open for loading.
As I do NOT recommend this ( it could cause grave personal injury if the wood falls out or is bumped, and it could destroy that door if it falls ) It would be better to use a trailer for transporting whatever you're getting on pallets!!

Maybe use a grinder to grind off the heads of the bolts. Keep a fire extingisher handy because of all the heat produced from grinding. It may help to water down the wood first. After you get the boards off you can always grind the bolts off if you want to put new wood on.

Remove roll top center box by removing screws. Remove all screw under flat areas and at end of wood. Pull up on shifter plastic surround. Lift wood off , switches will come with it and unplug from there connectors.

There is an airbag in your steering wheel . This should only be done by a professional or with your battery disconnected and VERY clear instructions.
You may find a wood grain wheel on line or at a wrecker however there are two types and shades of wood, maple for tan interior, walnut for black or gray interior.
A used wooden wheel may have additional switch positions for bluetooth which would not mate with your cars wiring.
