Gas is good up to schrader valve, I just dont know how to do anything else from there.
Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? The pressure you see at the Schrader valve might be initial prime? You don't need rpm signal for initial prime, but, with engine cranking you need rpm signal or the pump won't work, plus you won't have spark at the plugs or fuel injector pulse. I'm just trying to see if you more than one problem?
You could turn the key just to on position, no crank, then bleed pressure off Schrader valve, then with out recycling the key, turn to crank, see if pressure comes back?
You should use a gage to check proper fuel pressure.
That system is self priming, my first thought would be crud from the bottom of the tank got stirred up due to low fuel, and some small microns of dirt got sucked into the system and took out your fuel pump. Dirt naturally gets into everybody's tank, nothing you can do about it. My first try would be to cycle your key a few times to purge the system, not to many though as yes fuel injection can and will flood, if that happens to clear it out hold your foot to the floor till it starts then back to normal. Dont over rev you engine. Another thing to check is to remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator and smell it, if it smells like gas then the pressure regulator is bad, common issue.
But this wont keep it from starting only makes for a long start and lower fuel economy. Hope this helps.

If the car has over 100,000 miles on it, you may need to replace the distributer. I don't think the bad gas caused this issue I think it may just be a coincdence. But if you already changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor, I would definetly check the distributor.

i have a 91, this happens to me but it says STARTER DISABLED on the display. If the 90 is the same, it is an anti theft feature. On the ignition key there is a black square thing after the teeth of the key. The system needs to recognize the black square to start the car, so if it is warn down you will have this problem. Get a spare made with that special key only some key copier places have it. But on mine if you wait 3 minutes after the message shows up, you can then start it successfully.
Good luck!

U are going to have to pull the gas tank out and replace the fuel pump inside the tank, this is common when you run the gas completely out, the pump is cooled by the gas it runs in, if u run it low allot it burns out the pump bearings very quickly.

if you havn't replaced the fuel pump yet that should do the problem
SOURCE: Ran out of gas, replaced gas try starting, wont
hit the key five times without trying to start, just bump the starter, after the fith time turn it over and it should crank
