Your vehicle doesn't have light control module , has integrated power module . This controls more then just lights .There is more then just this module involved in turning on the headlamps . The headlamp switch is a input to the module inside the insturment cluster ,the insturment cluster is connected to the PCI data bus . When the head lamp's are turned on input to I/C , I/C sends message to integrated power module which will turn on the head lamps . DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes could be set pointing to the trouble . Could have grounding issue's . Checking power and ground circuits for the modules would be a good step . Voltage drop testing .

Check the amperage draw of the headlights as it may be too much and killing the modules .

Open the hood and look between the battery and the light. You will see the wires going to the bulb. Turn the bulb holder and it will slide out. This is easier to do with the battery out. If you do remove it, be careful with the wrences and the cables, I would disconnect the grounds for both batteries first.

Don't touch the glass on new bulb.

SOURCE: location for the head light control module

The LCM or lighting control module is located under the dash to the right of the steering wheel, first you need to remove the hush panel under the knee brace, then there are 2 screws the hold it to a bracket. Unplug the 4 connectors towards the back and then slide it out and replace.

SOURCE: Engine light, Trac Control, and VSC light comes on

it's related to your cat converter, if you are still getting good mileage and the car is running great there are no worries until you need to get it inspected. it won't pass inspection in some states with these lights on.

The BCM doesn't understand the strange information it is getting back from the bulbs. Your flashing is controlled by a computer module.

04' dodge ram sitting for months. Try hooking up charger to battery and every light on inside was flashing on and off and the headlights too. Key could be off and lights still flash

Due to the battery going flat the engine control module and security system have hopefully just need reseting but they may need replacing as if you let the system be discharged for any length of time it wipes the info held for the security system the ECU is a bit more robust to power interruptions

My 04 3500 dodge diesl has an abs problem. Its

it is the ABS module. Remove it. Send to modulemaster.com. web site will tell you cost and turnaround time. Its plug and play if you choose to do this. If you get a new one from the dealer they will have to program the new one. Be sure to wrap the ABS motor and connector to avoid contamination. You can still drive the truck but wont have ABS capabilities.

The switch to the head light is shorting out and taking out the head lights. The other problem could be the body control module is shorting out .
I would replace the head light switch first. Then if that does not work take to a shop to diagnose the vehicle.
