My 2001 dodge durango transmission was worked on and the filter was changed and its got fluide now it wont go in reverse and when its in park its shows reverse and its slipping a lil what can i do?

First make sure the fluid is up to the proper level hot and that the filter was installed correctly. If booth check out ok then you will need to tear down and rebuild the transmission.

Check the transmission fluid level and condition. If the fluid level is off, correct it and then see what happens with the noise. If the fluid is discolored you should change the fluid and filter as a plugged filter can cause a noise.
Sounds like a lot of miles...any routine maintenance completed? Fluid, filter change? Your least costly attempt to fix would be to add a full bottle of Lucas Oil Transmission treatment to your existing ****** fluid...no drain is needed. Be sure to warm your Durango by driving for a few minutes before adding the whole bottle. This fluid will attempt to reseal and lubricate the ******. Hope this helps.
You may need to change your transmission fluid and filter.Reverse is the first to show problems when your fiter is clogged or fluid is low. Im assuming you've checked the fluid.The reverse bands require the fluid to travel the furthest.This is the cheapest way to start investigating tranny troubles.If, when you drop the pan you'll see a small magnet. If the magnet has a large amount of metal filings on it, you could have worn clutches.Some filings are normal but if they include a splinter- like texture, you've got damage.
The transmission is probably shot. the only other thing could be dirty linkage if you mean "hard" as in hard to move the shift lever. The first thing I would do is get a tranny fluid and filter change.
