With the engine off pump the brakes hard and fast then holdit pressing fermly on the brake, have someone break loose a bleeder on the first one. the peddle will sink to the floor. hold it there untill the other pearson has tightend the bleeder back. repet for all the others and make sure you have plenty of brake fluid in the resovoir.
i had the same problem with my 2002 w3500 and what it ended up being was the butterfly valve for the exhaust brake which is located in the intake just as you take off the turbo line, disconnect the vacuum line on the actuator that goes to that valve and that should tell you if thats your problem
check brake fluid level, brakes, if these are okay you may have a problem with the module. this light can be caused by low levels in the brake resovoir fluid level and/or brake pads are thin.
