This is only a possible solution to your problem. I had similar problem with my car. It turned out that the window locking toggle on the driver door not only prevented the other windows from being opened by passengers but also controlled the door locks. When I unlocked the window control I was able to unlock the door. Another possibility is the armature inside the door has come off the locking mechanism.

Sounds like the plastic clip that connects the lock has broken however regardless of fault the inner door panel has to be removed to diagnose and repair. It could also be inner door lock assembly.

If the radio used to turn off but now it doesn't then you have a short either in the wiring or in the radio itself. If you are knowledgeable about automotive electrical wiring and have a volt meter or test light you can troubleshoot it yourself to see where the problem is, otherwise you need to take it to a car stereo shop and have them check the 12 volt connections at the back of the radio to make sure the red (NOT BLUE)accessory wire to the radio is not showing 12 volts when the ignition key is turned off.

there should be a switch mounted( or more than one) in the door jamb that tells the car when the car door is open...i will probably look like a little plastic plunger...might be broken off or bad internally

sounds like u need hew hinges u can try to just replace pins and bushings but if the holes on hinges are worn oval shaped u need new hinges and/or u need to check latch and strike pin for wear i would have some one try to lift up on door and handle out side while u try opening from inside make sure car is parked on flat surface when attempting if u have to access through panel try removing all accessible screws and pull up across top of panel releasing to sneak arm behind and in door without damaging panel for its not cheap or easy to find new good luck
