Where is the turn signal part located?

Most flashers are located in main fuse pannel. To locate turn on ignition switch but do not start. Then turn on turn signal as flasher will make noise and you should be able to locate.

the flasher unit is usually under the dash on drivers side it may be a square or round unit with a connector plug on the top, this unit in most vehicles serves as turn signal & hazard lights.......hope this helps......cheers.

SOURCE: I apologize for my lack of precision in my question. My car is not modern in any sense as it is a 1999 Hyundai Accent.

ITS IN THE RELAY BOX UNDER THE DRIVER SIDE.
