Should be in the power module near the battery.
Check your owners manual for details. The relay gets power from a 30amp fuse #2.

Is my asd or fuel pump relay bad?

ASD automatic shut down relay for non FCA owners of cars
the ASD is ECU slave relay the fuel pump can not shut down the pump in fact the opposite is try.
ASD drops mostly if the ECU sees spark loss and this act disables the injectors and the pump to end Crash and burn as seen on TV>
learn how ASD works first or go broke fast.
No engine told or size. and matters for eCU used.
pin 51 ECU shots of ASD , it and ONLY IT
but I told you spark must be good. on all cars made EFI same answer, now you know way too(crash safety)
the red line I made all that goes dead, just one schmatic and wow facts easy out of the SM.
I do not claim to know all ecu ASD relay shut downs, (air bags, none)
but spark tops the list off all EFI cars made, all.

91Dodge Dakota fuel pump relay location

I looked at your wiring diagram, the asd relay supplies voltage to fuel pump and several other systems. Do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse, engine cranking? I'm just trying to find out if you have more than one problem? The picture is power distribution center, under the hood, number 3 in the circle shows to be asd relay.

2000 chrystler cirrus new fuel pump hear it come on still no fuel to fuel rail and no spark after new crank sensor

How do you know there is no fuel to fuel rail ? Did you hook up a fuel pressure gauge ? Are the injectors firing ? Do you know how to test ignition system ? B+ voltage to the coils , test ground ? What size engine does yours have ? 2.0 - 2.4 or 2.5 l First place to start would be to check power , Check for B+ voltage at the dark green with orange stripe wire at the coil pack. , no voltage here , check the ASD relay . The ASD relay suppies B+ voltage to the coils , PCM etc... The fuel pump would work but not the injectors . ASD relay is located in the under hood fuse box , should have another one you could swop with it just to test it.

Where is the kill switch located at on a 2001 Plymouth Neon?

Doesn't have a kill switch , check ASD relay in the under hood fuse/relay box . Or fuel pump relay . Does your vehicle have spark at spark plugs ? Try spraying some carburetor cleaner into the throttle plate an see if it try's to start. The ASD relay powers the injectors an ignition coils .

My dodge neon 2002 has no power to coil pack

Check to see if there is power to the injectors. They are fed from the same fuse and relay. If there is no fuel pressure than the fuse would be the fist suspect sin the ASD and fuel pump relay are fed off the same fuse. The fuse is fuse 21 in the power distribution center.

If the fuse is good try swapping the ASD relay with another relay in the fuse block that is the same. If you know have spark than replace the ASD relay.

91 buick skylark 3.3 v6 has spark but no power to injectors

your injectors get their 12v from the asd relay and the computer controls their - side. the asd relay also powers the coil, so if you have spark but no juice to the injectors then you are looking for a broken wire to the injector rail. all of the injectors get their juice from that one source.

1995 Ram 1500. Just died? No votage to coil, no spark?

The power supplied to the fuel pump, ignition coil, fuel injectors and parts of the power module is controlled by the logic module through the Automatic Shutdown Relay (ASD):
The ASD relay is closed (allowing power to flow through it) when the ignition is first turned on. If the signal from the ignition reference is lost while the engine is running, the logic module cuts power to the ASD, which in turn removes power from the fuel pump, ignition coil, injectors and those parts of the power module.  This causes the engine to shut down.

Failure of the automatic shutdown relay is often shown as inexplicable stalling or refusal to start. The ASD can be triggered by a broken wire or short in another place, e.g. the fuel pump.  Hope this helps, and did you try to retrieve any DTC codes?? Be glad to help friend.

Where is the emergency fuel cut off switch located?

The neon don't have one, check the fuse and relay's. The fuel pump is also controlled by the Auto Shut down relay (ASD). The power supplied to the fuel pump. Ignition coil, fuel injectors, and parts of the power module is controlled by the logic module through the Automatic Shutdown Relay (ASD). The ASD relay is closed (allowing power to flow through it) when the ignition is first turned on. If the signal from the ignition reference is lost while the engine is running  the logic module cuts power to the ASD, which in turn removes power from the fuel pump, ignition coil, injectors and those parts of the power module.  This causes the engine to shut down. Good luck and hope this helps.
