The fuse that supplies power for the wiper system is located in the fuse panel under the hood in front of the battery (see picture below). Also below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The fuse you want to check is the fuse in the number 2 position. I hope this helps.

Ensure that you are in Neutral when you try to get the transfer case out of 4LOW. That is the only way to ensure that it will transfer out of LOW properly.

On the side of the carb there a fuel sensor there...Has tiny screws and wires running to it. If it goes bad your car will idle..Your ECM sends a signal to open it for fuel..If it goes bad it want turn...Might try tapping likely on it...Go to your auto store and ask them about it first...Then you will understand better about how it works and if this seems to be your issue

The wiring also needs to be connected to the brake light switch. That's what actuates the brake box. You must just have a faulty connection if that's hooked up already. Check that connection to the brake light switch to the box. Has to be good continuity/connection.

Should be in the power module near the battery. Check your owners manual for details. The relay gets power from a 30amp fuse #2.

Does the truck have this issue before or after it has been driven? If it does it when engine is cold suspect a security malfunction and look for a RED indicator light to be on in the instrument cluster. If it does it when the engine is warm suspect a starter motor going bad and "dragging". The security issue is very common on a Dodge.

See if you can turn the engine crankshaft by using a socket wrench. If you can't turn it, the engine is seized due to overheating.

look at your temperature gauge, oil pressure, battery, etc... Its on because something is failing on or in the motor.

You will need to remove the refrigerant from the a/c system and the take the condenser out of the truck. The condenser fan shroud can then be removed to replace the fan motor.

Need to check for ignition fire, correct fuel pressure and make sure the cylinder all have enough compression. This is just a few things to check to determine the problem.
