I seen the wire that they install with the reusable link from the relay to the power but I don't know the iire from the relay to the power can some one out there can give me the diagram to fix thanks for any help
Do not hot wire cars,(starter ok) but never the wiring system in general and for sure do not ever hot wire the PCM, or any thing electronics.
this practice endend in the 60 to 70...
if you get the notion to hot wire the relay (pump)
you risk blowing up the PCM relay driver in side PCM.
boom, out comes the smoke and a $500 rebuilt PCM is needed.
seen and fixed many , can show damage and why.....

i cant not understand your "Retire" post.
do you mean the battery drains while you sleep (retire).?
this is called paristic drain (or dark current)
using and ammeter finds this while pulling fuses.
this car has very complex wiring, extensive.
if you cant find a lamp stuck on, in the dark
you needa ammeter to find this.
yes, a schematic makes this 10x more easy to diagnose. same true with all cars. etc.
the tools to do this are cheap.
here they are, about 1/4th cost of dealer labor for 1 hours. (your choich)
use the AMP clamp and win.
its like finding a dripping faucet in your home,(blind) so the meter unblinds you.

ah the " reusable link from the relay" hint , is shown above. (a CB)
the link you say, is a circuit breaker that replaces a stock ATC fuses. so you can trace out a short. and not have to buy 100 ATC fuses.
the 25100 ,meter has it in the kit.
also all stores in town sell ATC CB buses.
but with a drain its not need, unless it blows the fuse.
we need more facts from you,, to answer.
who long does it take to drain the battery until it fails to crank over right.?
are fuses blowing?
any accessories in the car not working or acting odd.
