If you didn't disconnect the battery before changing lighter you may have shorted something out.
Try disconnecting the battery for a while. some cars have capacitors that keep the computer memory so give it about an hour to be safe.

I have a 2001 DHS Deville Cadillac I lost power for interior lights cigarette lighter power locks and trunk I've tested all fuses and all good how can I get this fixed?

It really sounds like it is your cigarette lighter fuse, but could possible be a problem with the BCM. If you double check the cigarette lighter fuse and find it to be good, getting power in and putting power out. You might end up at the dealership for a BCM module diagnostic.

How do I jump start my Jaguar S-Series without getting into the trunk? Battery completely run down and trunk won't open.

Your local walmart should have something called a "memory saver" in their display of battery chargers. Basically it plugs into your cigarette lighter and attaches to a 9v battery. Mechanics use them to keep radio stations and such in the cars memory while changing the main 12v battery. You might be able to plug this in and have enough juice to activate the power trunk release. Other than that if you had access to the engine you could connect the red jumper to the big wire coming from the alternator and the black wire to a suitable ground.

My battery is dead and i do not have a trunk key

If you have an Auto club or Insurance policy for your car they often offer locksmith service.

You can try the button in the glovebox to release the trunk and some cars have a cable in the drivers door to release the trunk.

If these do not work you can get a portable jump plug through the cigarette lighter and get enough power to work the trunk release.

Alarm wont work and car is completely death no lights no latches working ,, and manual is lock in trunk and cant open it

Your battery is dead and it is also in the trunk. The truck is electrically opened. Go to the local auto part store or walmart and buy a charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter. Once the battery charges a little, you can pop the trunk, get the manual, replace the battery, etc.

My battery is dead and i do not have a trunk key to open it to work on the battery not sure how to get to the battery

Buy or build a cigarette lighter plug to jumper cable adapter. It won't jump your car, but you will get enough juice to operate the trunk release.

Does the trunk of the Pontiac Fiero only open by keys or is there a hidden lever

Does your Fiero have a power trunk switch? I had the same problem where I locked the keys in the trunk and the battery was dead. I had a portable car jumper that had a cigarette lighter socket and basically hooked it up through the cigarette lighter in the Fiero. The power flowed from the portable jumper through the car to give it enough power to open the trunk. You could also splice a cigarette lighter cord to a battery and plug it in.
If you don't have power trunk then you may have to drill the lock. I have heard that Fiero's were all wired for power trunks but you had to pay for the "option" to have them put in the switch when they were band new. I wouls also suggest taking off the small trim panel to the right of the intrument cluster and see if there is a power trunk connector there. If there is then you could purchase a power trunk switch to pop the trunk. Unfortunately I own 5 Fiero's all of which came with power trunk so I was never able to verify if that rumor was true. Good luck.
