I doubt the roof switch has any influence over this other than telling the brain the roof is being opened. The brain will then tell the windows go down and presumably will tell them to stop after a predetermined time - unless there is a facility built into each window mechanism. Unlikely as both windows are affected. The fact a fault exists that cause the windows to go right down might simply confuse the system enough to go on strike or what is effectively two problems might really be just one. In order to discover why things are going wrong a thorough understanding of how the system works is needed but even that knowledge will be of limited use without the laptop and dedicated software and the necessary experience to decipher the results and to adjust, repair or reset the system. Your car is more computer on wheels than simple car. When a computer does strange things it is because it is receiving the wrong information, because it is unable to execute it's commands, because the software is corrupted or electronic problems within itself.

Check your oil level before you drive it and destroy your engine. If the oil light is flashing, its telling you that the oil level is too low.

My best guess is that you are sharing a ground connection between the stereo and an engine control. Test your wires from the car to the stereo with an electrical tester with the key off, then with the key on, then with the engine running. One of your wires will change it's properties between the 3 tests. That will be your problem wire. Find another wire for the intended use that the problem wire was connected to. (Hint) I'd start with the ground wire to the unit.

you could try to get two male connector charging cable.They sell it at the dealer or on ebay.
And charge the Porsche trough your cigarette lighter socket.For that you could use battery jumper as well. Then you can open the trunk to get to the battery.
