At 60 mph when you hit a bump then front end wobbles so bad you have to stop

The notorious "Death Wobble". You need to go out and buy 2 stabilizer links for the front end. They look like glorifed shock absorbers. One end attachs to the frame and the other to the drag link. You need 2, don't bother trying to cheap out with 1. There's a reason why they call it "Death Wobble"

I think that is somewhat obvious
You stop using a vehicle that wobbles
at any speed just from a safety perspective
There has to be something worn or loose under
the front suspension & possible even the rear
If you never work on or have vehicle experience then
know the shops you have used for most of your life

somethings loose jack up front of car put hands @3and 9 oclock check for any play if their is see what moves

Vibration from about 40-60 mph is usually attributed to wheel balancing, but the onset when you hit a bump seems to indicate play in the steering linkages (tie rods etc) or suspension members and stabiliser bar rubbers but you had that all checked out, that brings us back to the wheel balancing.

You have to make somebody to check the struts, or shocks, and also the axles, this situation is very dangerous because if the problem are the terminals or the axles, they can be broke while driving and you will lost control of the steering wheel... completely. I mean, no steering wheel working, on a car running...

Check your wheelbearings for play and your tierod ends for play,I'm sure one of these two are at fault.

Your tie rod nut needs tightning, the extra play causes the front end to vibrate or wobble your vehicle and sterring wheel.

look under the car where your steering wheel gear box connects to the tie rod, see if the nut and carter key have slop in it.

if so, take the carter key out and tighten the nut and then replace the carter key as it was.

the test it on some bumps and potholes.

check your tie rods and do you have a lift kit on that ? also you may have a belt that has shifted on one of the tires

this is known as death wobble because it feels like you are going to die but slowing down will end it.

The cause for death wobble are:

1. Worn or loose tie rod ends on your steering linkage.
2. Worn or loose trackbar bushings or tie rod ends on the trackbar itself.
3. front end needs alignment.
4. and many others but the common reasons are listed above.

try to realign the front end. If it doesnt help, then you do indeed have worn steering / suspension components.
