Is the anti-theft light lit on the instrument cluster ? Won't start how ? When you turn the key to start , what happens ? Nothing ? This would be a No crank - no start condition . Now if you turn the key to start and the starter engages and spins the engine and it doesn't start an run , this is a engine cranks no start condition ! Now which is your problem ?
There are two fuse's IGN A fuse 40amp and IGN E fuse 10amp ,both are located in the under hood fuse/relay box . Also there is starter relay located in the same under hood fuse /relay box . There also is a crank fuse 10amp in the under hood fuse box . Besides the fuse's and relay ,the ignition switch or the PNP - park neutral position switch could be bad . Testing the whole starter circuit should be done ! How to voltage drop test starter motor circuit
Is light switch off and key removed and in "off" position.Worn ignition key switch due to much weight on keyring may damage switch, allowing key to be removed when switch not fully in "off" position.
I would suspect that the solenoid contacts need replacing as they may be burning together. Pull the starter and have an accredited auto electrician bench test it.
open the door , this is a comfort feature with a time delay that will allow you to listen to the radio and roll windows up and down for a set period of time after the keys have been removed usually up to 2 minutes
I would suspect your
ignition switch is bad. Try turn the key all the way back to the accessory
position. If the vehicle will not shut off then open the hood and open the fuse
box cover.Find the IGN C (20Amp) fuse
and pull it out. This will cut the fuel and ignition to the engine. Do not
replace the fuse until you want to start the vehicle or you will drain the
battery. Have your ignition switch checked and replace.
