You can find the code as it is printed on a sticker on the control box.
It will be up under the center part of the dash, about where the transmission tunnel meets the firewall. You have to reach up in there and pull back the carpet and insulation to find the box which has the 5 digit code printed on it.

Keyless entery keypad how to reset

Each vehicle equipped with a keyless entry keypad is programmed with a five-digit entry code. This code is provided to the customer through a wallet card in the owner literature package. In addition, this code is available through a diagnostic tool and is also printed on the vehicle security module label. When entering codes each digit mst be entered within five seconds of the previous button press.

Do you know the original five-digit code ? You need the original to reset with a new one .

Programming/Erasing Personal Code
A unique personal five-digit code can be programmed by following these steps:
  1. Enter the factory set five-digit code (the keypad will illuminate when pressed).
  1. Press 1/2 within five seconds of Step 1.
  1. Enter the unique five-digit code.
The personal code does not substitute for the permanent factory set code. Either code can be used to access the vehicle. In addition, if a second personal code is programmed, it overwrites the previous personal code. To erase a personal code, carry out the following procedure:
  1. Enter factory set five-digit code.
  1. Press 1/2 within five seconds of Step 1.
  1. Press 7/8 and 9/0 at the same time within five seconds of Step 2.
The system now responds only to the factory set code.
If you do not know the code ,it is located on the vehicle security module located under the dash some where or in the trunk . Sorry I can't be more specific ,my service info doesn't show sable .

How to reset anti theft system

KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM You can use the keyless entry keypad to:• lock or unlock the doors without using a key.• open the trunk.• recall memory seat/mirrors/steering column/adjustable pedals positions1 or 2. The keypad can be operated with the factory set 5-digit entry code; this code is located on the owner's wallet card in the glove box, is marked on the computer module, and is available from your authorized dealer. You can also create your own 5-digit personal entry code. When pressing the controls on the keypad, press the middle of the controls to ensure a good activation. Programming a personal entry code. To create your own personal entry code: 1. Enter the factory set code. 2. Within five seconds press the 1 • 2 on the keypad. Note: The lock motors will cycle, locked then unlocked 3. Enter your personal 5-digit code. Each number must be entered within five seconds of each other. 4. Enter a sixth digit to indicate which personality feature should be recalled by the personal code. Note: The lock motors will cycle, locked then unlocked. • 1 • 2 recalls driver personality 1. • 3 • 4 recalls driver personality 2. • 9 • 0 does not recall a driver personality. Wait 5 seconds without pressing a keypad button in order to store a personal entry code. Tips: • Do not set a code that uses five of the same number. • Do not use five numbers in sequential order. • The factory set code will work even if you have set your own personal code. • If you set a personal code and store it over an existing personal code it will erase that personal code only. Erasing personal code 1. Enter the factory set 5-digit code. 2. Press and hold the 1 • 2 for two seconds and release; this must be done within five seconds of completing step 1. 3. Press and hold the 1 • 2 for two seconds to erase the customer programmed code; this must be done within five seconds of completing step 2. Your personal code is now erased and only the factory set 5-digit code will work.

Is it possible to program keypad code without the factory code?

No this is a safety issue because if you could make your own code without the factory code then anyone could make their own code for your vehicle and break in. You should go back to the dealer and have them reset the code for you.
