Could be a fault with the self park switch that is integrated into the motor or perhaps the wash/wipe sweep timer relay. It depends on how it is wired but unplugging the relay might stop them or it might not and even if it does it isn't likely to prove anything. Substituting a known good relay is the best way of testing and if that makes no difference I suggest checking the motor self-park switch next.

Check that there is not a blown fuse to the wiper motors, and check the cabling further to see why there is no wiper activity. The circuit for the wind shield washer pump is separate.

My windshileld wipers won't work, think it may be the a fuse? But do not know where to find the wind shield wipers fuses.

check your owners manual, most fords have two fuse panels one under the hood and one in the cabin, comminly the wiper fuse is located in the cabin panel. these are either behind the plastic panel by the passengers right foot or behind or under the glove box. the cover on the panel will probly list what fuse is what. good luck.

Cannot get the wind shield wiper motor back in the wind shield wiper stops in the middle of the wind shield

this is normally caused by a bad wiper motor or binding of the wiper gears and linkage arms.
check to see if the linkage arms are tight and not loose. also try and lube up the pivot points.
another thing to check is to make sure you have 12 volts to the heater.
