SOURCE: 99 Dodge Durango turns over good, but won't start, with no code
CHECK BATTERY, MAY BE GOOD TO TURN OVER BUT NOT ENOUGH VOLTAGE TO FIRE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM. ALSO COULD BE A FUEL PUMP OR CRANK/CAM SENSORS..GOOD LUCK

sensor on backside of throttle body two hex screws gently remove as you can break brass fitting spray with throttle body cleaner till it comes clean open throttle all the way spray butterflies till they are clean imediately drive five miles as it takes ecu that far to relearn sensor five miles no less

Check the fuel pump when you turn the key forward but dont crank it and see if you hear the fuel pump engaging. I hope this helps.

Sounds the starter is no good (sometimes they'll work intermittently for a while before they totally **** out). Of course it could just be a starter wiring problem (sending wire).
