The fuel pump relay is located under the hood on a gold colored bracket relay (3 relays), it has a Green connector. You can also watch a youtube video with more info about the operation of the maun and fuel pump relays. For Michael Subaru Main Fuel Pump Relay
which relay ? probably under the hood you will find a box with all the relays in it and if you turn the lid upside down you will see which one is which ..
Each head lamp also has it's own relay, you can rule the relay out by swapping the left head light relay with the right head light relay & see if the problem moves to the other side...The relays are also in the same under hood fuse box.
