SOURCE: Right rear tire making clicking noise when going forward

is the tire flat? Have you physically taken the wheel off the right rear and inspected the tire for screws, metal pieces, rocks or other things stuck in the tire? Go do that right now..and see if something is there.

Why my my 1999 cavilier ls has a noise coming from middle or rear of car, sounds like a bubble in a tire, but all tires are fine/

Could be a rear wheel bearing. Lift it and grab the tire/s, if they move left to right or up and down. It's a bearing.
