Fuel tester leak a little I tighten the leak but still leak very little when I checked going to look for spark today
If the fuel tester is leaking, your pressure reading is likely to be low.
If you have 35+ psi. Your fuel pump is working. I usually check for spark first, because it's an easier test. Sounds like the engine is not starting. If it runs at all, you must have spark. If no spark, fix that first.

Did you top of the fuel tank after your last fill up?
It might be your fuel over flow tube under the bike,
that the smell is coming from.
It is designed to discharge the overflow safely
on the road beneath you...

Hi :) The fuel pump relay is an integral part of the body control module it also houses the Fan relay this module is about 6"x4"x2" and has gobs of wires coming out of it, the module is mounted on a bracket under the hood that is bolted to the top of the driver's side front strut.

If the return line is not plugged, then you most likely have a stuck/plugged fuel pressure regulator.
