Toyota dealer replaced intake manifold gasket but that did not help
There are few places to look for leaks: under lower intake is a coolant cover that is a intake lower valley, this cover when it leaks you don't se antifreeze on the ground, a freeze plug on the block, water pump, rear heater coolant lines and core, also but not least inspect your radiator they very prompt to leak on sides.
After it warms up check exhaust for steam. Probably head gasket leaking into the exhaust.

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door

Yes. The van will sit a little higher and you will pick up 2 or 3 mph. There is a slight chance that the tires will rub when you cut the wheel sharply. That's about it. Hope this helps.

There is a heater core bypass pipe that runs from the block (under the manifold) to the bacl of theengine where you will see a flat rectangular "sheet metal" thing with a pipe coming out of it. The a rubber hose connects. You need to pull the top air plenums and intake to get to it. The p[ipe flange bolts to the block with silicone rtv as a sealant.
