open the hood of he car and all the main relays are in either right or left side corner depending on the type of car

You will need a very hard drill bit, preferrably reverse thread, and drill it out, and use an easy out to remove.

Just changed my horns on my 98 Montero Sport and come to find out it was the horn relay. The horn relay is located near your power steering resivour its a small black square you will see some electrical lines running to it. Give it a couple taps and then try out your horn again. If that dosnt work your horns are located right behind your turn signals on your front bumper, they are circluar 3in and golden colored. You can get dealer ship replacement horns for 30 plus dollars or go to a autozone or advance auto and get aftermarket ones
