Some water is normal but if you are loosing coolant, running hot or if water from exhaust smells like antifreeze you have a problem (head gasket or cracked head)

Wow, that's a tough one. I had a 1979 Honda Accord that had a door sensor image that lit whenever a door or hatch was open. I never had a problem with it, however.
Actually, if it was a fuse, then the lights wouldn't light up at all on the dash.

for the water pump leaking, get some engine coolant stop leak from any automotive store, it usually contains pump seal lubricant also. the power surges are a separate problem from your pump leak.
its your lifters. not a serious problem. but it can be. they are what control part of your pistons.
just use better oil. and change it more often.

Further clarification on the O2 sensor location: It is in the exhaust pipe, under the center of the car, on top of the pipe, just aft of the oil filter.
