Dont know which fuse is for what because there is no diagram

If you are DIY, I highly recommend the repair manual, with the electrical section. filepeep.com if they have it. or, manualslib.com or auto parts store usually carry it. or your library may carry a copy.

Sounds like a bad ECU. Why did you change motors?

Pay a visit to Autozone.com and enter your vehicle information . Click on repair guides to access the wiring diagrams and fuse box information .

Look at the back of the fuse panel cover. Usually there is a diagram there that shows what fuses are what. If not, you can google it.

Google: your make and model + fuse panel diagram. Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this.

the main fuse is atached to the side of the fuse box under the coin box you need to pull the fuse box out

Found this wiring diagram. Don't know if it is accurate? My wiring diagrams on your model year isn't very good. Voltage to blower motor goes hot with key on and is fused. The control for blower motor is on the ground circuit, bottom wire at blower motor.
