What weird is that when i spray starter fluied in my throttal body it will have a little trouble starting up. but after that its running just fine, whats funny is that my gas pump willstart working again at the same time. i would of thought after the starting fluied was gone it would turn off again. it stays running normal. there is no check engine light on or any codes at all

That's what was finally found by our Cadillac dealer as well. They charged us too much, though.

My assumption since you replaced two starters, is that it is not the battery or charging system. I had a similiar problem with a bad ground from engine to negative battery/chassis.
I found that everytime the vehicle was boosted, it would get a good ground from the boosting vehicle (always clamped negative booster cable to engine) and start, then, on its own, it acted as if the starter was bad. The root cause was a flaky engine ground (the large battery cable connected to the engine block). Quick test to find out: clamp one end of a jumper cable onto a metal spot on the engine and the other onto the negative battery terminal (idea is to connect only the negative battery terminal to the engine---do not connect anything to positive). If this allows the vehicle to start, you better check the ground from the battery/chassis to the engine.

The fuel pressure should be 60 to 65psi in your system with the engine not running and fuel line primed, (ignition key's to the run position). Once engine is running the fuel pressure should drop by 5psi, change the fuel filter and recheck the fuel pressure at the shredder valve. it's known for the fuel pump to fail when the gas tank runs low or out of gas, the pump will end up burning it self out since the gas is what keeps the electric fuel pump cooled. The other thing to is putting gas through the top of the throttle body to start the engine on the SEFI is a NO NO, well a BIG NO NO. it's been know for the gas in the intake to catch fire and burn up the poppet valve in the injection system causing the replacement of the fuel injection system. Keep me posted and good luck, be gald to help you get your truck running again for the july 4th. OH and it was not mentioned but did the fuel filter get replaced???

It's a bad starter. A bad starter will function when it's cold but once it heats up, it requires more power to get it to work.
