How do you replace the lower idler pulley? Does anyone have any diagrams or a source for a service manual?
Thanks
Ron
Yep Ron... go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ anb register (veh VIN). Afterward, you can navigate the site to find the information you seek (service bulletins, manuals, wiring diagrams, etc.).
14mm nut center of pully (loosen). behind pully is tensioner adjustment (12mm bolt), counter-clockwise to loosen tension... .clockwise to increase tension. Loosen tension (counterclockwise) untill pully move full travel (can't move anymore), then move the drive belt out of the way and then remove the 14mm nut in the center of the pully -- the pully should just about fall out into your hands. New pully installation - reverse order of disassembly.
Thanks Paul, this website really helped me!!!
