You will need to do a fuel pump pressure leak-down test, the pump must not loose more than 5 PSI overnight, u will need a cheap fuel pressure test guage, the test port is on the fuel supply rail to the injectors on the intake manifold, it looks like a tire valve but metal with a plastic cap on it, u may be able to borrow this guage from Kragen, Autozone or a parts store like them, if not they are very cheap, less than $20 US. Run the engine with the test guage hooked up, turn off the engine and then check it in an hour or so, if it drops more than 5 PSI then u will need to replace the fuel pump in the gas tank. One note make sure the connection for the guage is tight with no leakage or the test is invalid

I just replaced the fuel pressure regulator and now I am hearing a vibrating noise from the fuel line under the truck. What do you think the problem is.

Try replacing the fuel filter, but it sounds like you have a weak fuel pump. Your cold start pressure should be 62-65 psi and drop about 5 psi when the engine is running. Anything less then 62 psi is going to cause you to have starting issues, you can also test your fuel pump by blocking off the return line to see if you get 75-78 PSI. this is just a test to see if your fuel pump is still good. If you have less then that with the return line blocked off, replace your fuel pump but check your ground wire first. The ground wire is separate from the wire harness and grounded to the frame and a bad ground will give you a weak pump.
Thank you for using Fixya and good luck

1992 Chevrolet truck. I replaced wires, plugs, distributor cap, and coil. It won't start over the morning when it's cold. Does anybody know what the problem is?

Question edited for clarity. Add Additional information to main question.

Ideas here. Drop into an Interstate Shop and get the battery checked for Volts and Cold Cranking Amps. It is free and takes 2 minutes.

My Blazer cranks over and over...killed the battery : ...next morning the second time I tried cranking it over it made a poof sound and started but with a lot of chugging. Can anybody help please?

Lynda, If it is the 4.3 V6, they are prone to getting moisture in distributor which causes the symptoms you are talking about including the poof. You can have scanned to see if trouble codes are stored, you may get multiple misfire.
If continues doing this have cap and rotor replaced and if wires and plugs are old do them to. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

2002 chevy blazer 4 door 4x4 wont start when cold or rainy out but will start when the suns out and warm. Any ideas?

This sounds like a bad distributor or sparkplug wires. i would replace the cap and rotor and wire, a matter of fact just do a complete tune up. thye problem is the coil wire is shorting out when its damp or wet out and also you may have mosture in the dist cap.

2000 blazer having trouble cold starting in the morning. it's almost like it's not getting fuel to turn over...it feels like it wants to start but putter and turns off. mostly happens when the car is cold...

Have you the vehicle tuned up lately? Bad spark plugs will cause hard starting in cold weather also, the fuel filter could be plugged or it may have moisture in it. I guess, I would have those items checked and also, have the fuel pressure checked, the pump may be getting weak.
