There is a diagram under the hood on radiator support , or on hood itself . If it is painter over , look for another vehicle same year , and take a picture for your records ....

You just to take it apart and test it. That's what I do on radiator and blower resistors.

It doesn't matter. But usually the left side of the cooler lines go with the left side of the radiator. Cooler lines run both ways, unless you deal with Dodge, stupid check valves. I take them out....
