2007 Corolla, car stalls at low RPM when cold and is hard to start. Now it's becoming hard to start when it is warm too. Engine codes P0138. P0139, P0420, I'ver replaced the O2 sensor, and the problem continues. I also have little power. Exhaust seem to sputter, but engine runs smooth.

P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0139 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold

First things to check and clean is the MAF sensor and the IAC valve...these two cause problems from carbon and dirt buildup...use MAF cleaner only....if this works, great, if not....

Clean trottle body....or

Check for a plugged catalytic converter...remove the O2 sensors and start the car, does it seem better? If it does change the catalyst..

SOURCE: Low speed stalling while engine is warm

My 1994 Caravan with the 3.0L used to stall occasionally when warm at low rpm. Several years ago I read an article on the internet on stalling and hesitation on these vehicles. The writer recommended spraying an entire can of Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner {available at any Dodge/Chrysler dealer} into the throttle body while the car is idling. Then shut off the motor and let it set to dissolve the carbon deposits. After a couple of hours, drive the car and try to do at least 5 full throttle starts as traffic allows - floor it, slow down, repeat. This is supposed to burn out the excess deposits and it worked for me. I use this stuff about every 6 months now, and I haven't had a problem with stalling in years. In fact at over 200,000 miles, my Caravan performs better than it did 10 years ago. A can costs around 7 bucks, so its a really cheap fix!

I would say that your o2 sensors are faulty either the pre or the post . They must be intermitten so I would replace both

SOURCE: CAM SENSOR ENGINE LIGHT. MAX RPM 2000 SOMTIMES

I seen this before first of all don't let the car dealer to BS the way to your money, most of the time is noting wrong whit the sensor it self but is the plug than goes in to the sensor this what i recommend is to buy another sensor from your local auto part store or salvage yard (cheaper) get three pieces of cable and solder directly in to the sensor brake the plastic around the sensor plug if necessary and secure the three cables to it put some silicon in between the solder and the place the new sensor on top of the old one so you now wish wire goes to which and cut and attach one by one. I now this works 100% i have done it my self many times if you need diagrams or sensor locations you can find that at www.alldatadiy.com now if you still have problems unplug all harness especially all the ones than comes from the back of the engine because that engine tends to leak oil on top of the harness if you have wires doing shortcut replace that section you can solder use heat string tube and change the insulation hose they sale those on part stores to put some zip tides on the ends and you will have your car back and will last Note don't let it get to close to the exhaust use zip tides to keep from touching hot areas.

SOURCE: Dodge ram van stalls when RPM are low

could be fuel filter clogged //fuel pump is going bad which you will need to have a pressure test done ...also is there a gas odor ? could be rusted lines could be air filter ....messing with the timing you should not move to much ...if you have brake /carb choke cleaner try spraying around the intake manifold to see if any change in performance such as lowering the rpm's which would mean a gasket leak are all the Vacuum lines good and not dry-rotted try bending them ans well as spraying with a squirt bottle of water on the plug wires to see if an Arc is present a bad plug wire ..these are a few areas in which i would consider 1st ..hope this helps you

Why does my 2001 Toyota Tundra stall when I turn the fan blower on

engine stalls when parked? or driving fast>? not told. engine stall is 0 RPM engine as in dead.
and restarts easy.
does engine STALL going from park to DRIVE or REVERSE.
that is a super rare even so rare I think it is just coincidence.
the cars cab heater, blower fan turned on low to high? at the dash knob HVAC.
or at engine fans, Radiator rear or font, fan, condenser HVAC.

first off the blower fan is fused, say about 20amps, and is never going to overload the battery or 100amp alternator ever, not possible. nor the GOOD engine,
wiring hacked yes. my answers or for NOt HACKED CARS OEM STOCK.

answer 2;
engine is very sick and weak, and RPM is too low say 600 not 800 or more.
so any load on the engine stall is it, blower or going in to drive.
in drive, foot on brake RPM is 800 hot or 1500 cold. not 500 ever.
those need to be known first.
or get the car services for SURE if you can demonstrate he failures. to them.
this answer if for any engine on the hair line cusp of stalling before it does stall.
