Do you have a timing light so you can check for spark? It sounds like it could be your coil pack. Are you sure it's getting gas?

Acts like its starving for fuel it has power it just jump around ?????? Change the fuel filter before going for the fuel pump or relay , if it starts an runs it's not a relay problem . Plus add some injector cleaner to the fuel tank .

While cranking my 2013 Ford Fiesta acts like it is starving for gas. It eventually starts after about 3 tries. Any thoughts?

Turn the key on and listen to see if you hear the fuel pump run and then shut off. If so it should be ok. Check your fuel filter or replace it.
If it is just hard to start of a morning, it could be the MAP sensor. (Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor). When they go bad, the engine is difficult to start. I hope this points you in the right direction. Good Luck.

Car dies after it warms up, no pressure in radiator when i remove cap, and acts like it's starving for gas

Some of the information does not correlate.

If there is no Pressure, then you Radiator Cap is Bad

Stalling or Starving for Gas can be a Fuel Pump or Air Filter

Remove the Air Filter and see what happens.

Test the PRESSURE of the FUEL System

Car runs like its running out of gas

Sounds like there may be an issue with the secondary ignition. Check the plugs and wires to see if they are worn out. Spray the wires with soapy water, if you see or hear the snap of electricity coming from them they are bad. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. you should clean the egr first and see if that helps.
egr is most likely your problem.
its going to have a build up of carbon and sometimes it will be so restricted that your car cannot run.

that will fix your problem i bet.

Mustang stalls when trying to drive and will shut down

Measure fuel pressure on injector rail - should be 38 to 40 psi. If low or fluctuating, then replace regulator. Another possibility is the in-tank filter being clogged - rare I know, but trash in the gas tank and it's clogged.
