you can try resetting it by disconnecting battery ,wait 30 sec then reconnect two things make sure you have drivers side window all the way down and the keys in your hand it may set off auto locks (I have seen it happen)once you reconnect battery alarm will go off and lights will flash at this point put key in drivers side door and turn it to open close 3 times with out opening door that should do it.
Hi there: Open the drivers door and turn the key to the on position. Lock the doors with the switch on the door. After the doors lock point the transmitter to the little bulb on the ceiling. Press the LOCK button and hold it until the doors unlock. I suggest to check this article and this VIDEO link.
With the door open engage the locks, then shut the locked door. After door is shut use the KEY note: (NOT THE REMOTE) after you've unlocked the door place key in ign and start the Jeep.
try putting your key in the passenger side door , lock and unlock the door manually , then try starting it usually if the battery dies it will cause the jeep to go into security mode . when you try this have the jeep hooked up to a battery charger in case the battery is dead . good luck
