SOURCE: where can i find the Throttle Position Sensor on
Follow the black hose from the air cleaner to the intake manifold. On one side of the transition, you will see where the accelerator cable attaches to a mechanism to open the throttle plate. On the opposite end of the shaft connected to the throttle plate is the throttle position sensor. There are a couple of wires coming out of it.

its just a sensor. you do not have to replace the entire throttle body.

there is no adjustment on these tps's it's a drive by wire system. If you don't know the vehicle, dont post!
there's 2 sensors contained in the pedal sensor, and one on the throttle plate shaft, more often than not, it's the pedal sensor, and if you replaced that, it's the other one or a loose connection. did you reset the computer after replacing the pedal?
