I can't find a manual for that car... but it is likely the wiper relay and is likely located in the fuse panel near the battery in the engine compartment.

Here's the under the bonnet fuses #3 is the one your looking to see if it's blown.

Most likely problem is that the control switch is broken internally.
You cannot repair these, they are replacement only.
To get them to stop temporarily you can remove the fuse for the wipers (you will have to refer to your owners manual to find which fuse is for the wipers). You will have to order the part from the dealer and changing it is not for a novice; these are fairly complicated to change.
this just happened to us, the drivers side stopped working after getting tangled up with the passenger side...it was just a case of tightening up the 13mm nuts on the wiper arm.
All peugeot ing barrels are rubbish you will need a new one as for your radiator it is problem with thermostat switch or therostat itself hope this helps!!!
