2012 Chrysler 300 radio has decided which stations can be found and pre-set for my listening enjoyment. Does anyone know how to tune to a particular station and then save that station setting as a pre-set selection? What I am missing with this new radio that cannot remember stations that I wish to listen to?

this is an antenna problem, if u have a power antenna it is very likely that u need a new one.
SOURCE: Can't see anything on the clock/Radio Display
the radio display is lighted by a tiny bulb inside the radio, to change this u must remove the radio from the dash and take off the top sheet metal cover, under that u will see a small twist in bulb socket, replace that little bulb, the bulb is about $2 and avail at any full sevice auto parts store.

I would venture a guess that the antenna wire that plugs into the back of the radio is not seated properly. Did the dealer tech just listen to the radio or did he/she actually check the connections on the back of the unit? A faulty antenna connection would explain why it only happens with some stations and not others. Maybe the stations that are not being a problem are transmitting a more powerful signal or are closer in range than the ones that you are having trouble picking up clearly. Just a thought. Hope this helped and best wishes.
