When pressing brake pedal on a 1998 saturn sc2

When pressing the brake pedal the headlights dash and radio lights flicker allready cleaned the battery cables and ground cables battery volts are good the flicker is anyoing any help would be appriciated

    1998 my saturn sc1 lights and radio would flicker when pressing the brakes, sometimes it would shut off when pressing the brakes in reverse, now it will not turn completely over or hold a charge in the battery. Is it a ground issue or is there some kind of sensor issue

corrosion on you battery terminal will create high resistance.inspect the battery connectors and wire. if you find white/blue crystals on you terminal disconnect and clean. the battery cable must be gold/light brown.If the wire are black/blue that mean is burn from bad(lose) connection to the terminal and need replacement.Inspect all ground connection betvin battery and body for corrosion or lose
