The drain hoses get clogged behind the kick panels. Pull back the kick panel and reach in grab the hose and pull it out from the hole in the lower panel. Then I just cut off the end and watch the mud and water flow out then reinstall. There is also one in the rear wheel wells as well for the back drains.
There is no reason to remove the headliner unless its broke.

Can be anything or something easy. I would say: Check your battery health. Added battery water recently? It seems that you dont have enough power to spark the engine when its cold and a battery has problems to deliver enough current when the temp decreases. Can oalso be bad grounding, moist or maybe bad sparkplugs?... I think we need a better definition of the problem.

Check the linkage at the tranny... make sure that the levers can move. It sounds like they may have messed up their proper positions.

most modern cars do not have an adjustment on the clutch slave cylinder push rod it relies on the system being in good condition and the fingers of the pressure plate push the throw out bearing back and that pushes the slave cylinder back in far enough If the push rod is under tension then there is a problem in the compensating port of the clutch master cylinder and the fix for that is a new master cylinder.

Go to a repair shop, to have the issues diagnosed

a whirring noise is most likley a wheel bearing. The fact that you can make it louder by placing more weight on the that side by turning confirms this. Not sure what you mean by having the front end replaced since this term doesnt apply to this condition.

you need to check the clutch cable is not binding with gas pedal cable. you need to have some body to help you to look the operation at engine area. let me know if this help you
