Blower motor isnt workin still

I replaced the blower motor on my 97 cadillac seville and all it does is turn on for like 1 sec and turn off i cant figure it out its not working at all i tested it before i put it in by connecting it and it would do like a quater spin not a full spin and keep going??? i figured maybe by putting it in the car with the five bolts it takes that maybe they ground it out and it would run but NOPE! There is messages on my console that say AC OFF and AC COMP OFF but i didnt know if that matters to the blower motor not even spinnin PLEASE HELP

Did you test the motor from an outside 12 volt sorce? or did you plug it in the car wireing? after you got it in and found it did not work, have you test light the power wire for motor in car to see if its got good light or if its weak light. There is a chance you got a bad motor. or its not getting full power from car wireing. I believe thies heating systems work thru the ac systems. i'am gussing is a climent control heating.

I have a 1994 cadillac seville Blower motor that won't blower, Replaced with remanufactured and still won't work.

Hello. I recommend replacing the blower relay. Go to any auto parts store and they will sell you the correct relay and possibly even plug it in for you. it is under the dash board. regards, Joe

Check the fuse. If the fuse is good the Blower Motor Resistor Pack may be defective. Sorry I cannot tell you exactly where it is.

Blower Motor will not turn off unless you unplug it.

The "Power Module " is bad, shorted. Its located on top of the blower motor housing at the firewall.

Cand find the blower resistor on my cadillac

It is part of your blower motor, which will have to be removed, to replace the resistor. Basically its attached to your blower motor & your connection goes in to it.

97 caddy cant find fuses or anything that would make blower work

Under the dash... in the duct work for the vents... you will see a coonector that goes to the side of the duct work... and a part held on by two or three screws... that is the resister block... remove it and replace it
