PRNDL ERROR NO PARK ASSIST ITS A RELAY burn check your relays before you take it to the mechanic
It was my 33 or 34 relay fuse, can't remember which one was out but I replaced it and 'viola' my truck started!! Thanks for the advice!!
Im having same issue swit hed the 01,02,03 relays around for a while but now it has gotten to where all I do is push or adjust the 03 relay and it let's ne start my truck what would be the fix? Do I need a new fuse box or something to fix it?

Transmission range sensor is bad $75 at dealer.

Its the relay in the fuse box by the passenger side floor board. Remove the kick plate and its either white relay on the top (one is mounted horizontal on the right or rear position and vertical on the front or left. Its $6 bucks at Auto zone. You can switch both of them around and the truck will start and run till you get the replacement. Steve

Hello Eagle.
Your transmission range sensor/switch isn't working.
The starting system depends on this so it will not start in gear.
This switch is mounted to the left side of the transmission on the gear select shaft.
They are relatively easy to replace for a technician and is best done on a hoist.
It is also possible that the connection is loose or corroded.
