About the only hope you have is to jack the front of the car up and support with jack stands. You will have to go under the drivers side and find the Positive (Red) cable that runs to the starter. Put jumper cables, red to the red cable and black to a good ground, something like the frame. Then the other end of the cables to either a good battery or charger. You should then be able to open the doors and trunk with your remote.
As their make and model suggests they are different and therefore could not be interchanged, fitting a BMW M5 Wheels in the BMW M3 will not work since they have different offset, and forcing it to fit for the M3 would damage your bearing and some part of the steering in the long run, that could possibly result in an accident, innovations such as these must be first consulted from a certified BMW mechanic as only them could do the job properly and they can guarantee their job. Installation
of the Molding
Take the Molding Trim whether it is
stock black or painted. Mine is black because my car is a year 2000.
Painted side moldings were done in the year 2001. Snap them into
place. 5 Installation
of the Rubber Gaskets
From the stock bumper, retrieve the upper
rubber gaskets unless you ordered new ones. Simply take a screw
driver and pry a corner off to get you started. Wash thoroughly.
NOTE which one belongs on which side.
Place the rubber gasket on the M5 Front Bumper onto
its appropriate side. Top
The M5 Bumper is now Fully Assembled!!!
Place aside where it can't be damaged.
