CD skip when hitting a bump is common in factory or low end players also if your player is not secured properly the disc will move slightly and the laser loses it's place, so to speak, for a second. The radio thing could be a loose antenna wire connection, possibly related to the fore mentioned problem. Hope that was helpful.

Hit a bump in my 2011 Malibu and the radio fuse blew every time I replace it it instantly blows

Try unplugging the power to the radio. If it still blows fuses when you hit a bump, then the short is in the harness. If it doesn't blow fuses any more, then the problem is in the radio.
Hope this helps.

Cassette door is stuck in open position. Hitting bump in the road causes channel to change.

It sounds like you need a new radio. Take it to a car audio specialist and have it checked out.

Radio will turn off after hitting bump

Believe it or not this problem can be caused by the neutral safety switch being defective under the hood on the transmission, There also was a recall for the light problem. Contact your local Ford dealers service dept for details on this recall.
