here it is, BCM the causes are :lamps shorted. right side of car if is USA car.blinker switch lever is bad.scan the PCM see if lamp fails or lever fails.or BCM bad.not scanning it is missing THE BOAT big time. OBD2 scanner.any shop in the USA can scan your car even for free some do.ask em. no fuseno relayno blinker flasher modulethe below computer does all that like magic. BCM body brain. You can wire the 12v lighter plug directly to battery voltage and a good ground to ground it. You'll need an inline fuse though to protect against surges etc (10 amps would be good).

i would avise having the diagnostic equipment connected whilst driving car as this is an intermitent fault, this would need to be done by a qualified mechanic , and will show what is causing the problem if the OBD show everything is ok
