SOURCE: hi, i got one renault trafic 1.9 dci the van its
hi there it will either be boost pressure sensor or boost pressure selonoid, about 30 quid each, either could be faulty people spend thousands trying to fix these faults and they generally 90% come down to theses ,usually the sensor but have seen quite a few solenoids of late
SOURCE: renault trafic 1.9 dci new turbo but lights on dash still on stop
This is a problem with the onboard management computer. It probably wasn't reset by the mechanic when the new turbo was fitted. You'll need to take it to someone with the correct diagnostic equipment to get this fault erased. Avoid Renault dealerships. They'll charge anything from £80 to £400 to clear an error. Best find someone independent.
SOURCE: 2004 Renault Trafic 1,9 dci gearbox problem. I
had exactly the same problem with mine, its in my mates garage as we speak. he had to take the engine out open the gear box and check the bearings. All the bearings were worn !!!! had to buy a wole bearing kit, £170 . plus labour, lot cheaper than getting it reconditioned by specialists!!! they wanted £1000 for doing exactly what my mate has done for me. Hope this helps you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SOURCE: wiring diagram and colour codes for an 2004
All of the wires you need are on a plug inside the left corner post behind a grommet behind the reverse light. The wires you need are best tested with a test lamp to identify them as there are wires with the same colours that have different functions, but if you put the lights on one at a time you can identify them with the test lamp
